March

 Frida's art:

3 best friends, out and about with Grandma:

A COLD March Saturday morning at the zoo and conservatory, where everyone else in town had the same idea! But it was still glorious breathing in that Bangladesh-like tropical conservatory air.

A cozy morning Bible reading with Papa:

Daniel made this table for our kitchenette out of repurposed wood from our porches and local dumpsters. He also machined the rim around the outside.

We enjoyed our upstairs porch on the warm afternoons while the castle was still melting, leaving a muddy mess below:

And we got out the fishing tackle box. The sun got us excited for this again!

What a handsome guy.

After reading a story where the protagonist was into poetry, Lukas composed this (Daniel wrote it out):

This is what our pants look like by the end of winter. This photo does not include Daniel's contributors.

It was Papa's birthday today! The children worked very hard on his presents. They all three made him a big poster picture, and the boys made theirs into puzzles, which Papa enjoyed putting together with them after supper.

The Workers

Taking a break to sit in a bowl

Look at that focus and scissor work!

And of course cream cake.
