November

He still loves to draw

This one is learning to read and write

A museum at home!

At the zoo with our sweet Thursday friend, Audrey!

I thought I'd dress up for movie night.
They thought I was a movie star.
I guess I need to dress up more often.

Caught at 6:30 a.m., just as we asked the Lord!
(So he could butcher it with the lodge crew, and perhaps
also so he'd only be in the cold tree 1 day instead of 2.)

Grandma took us to "Rudolf the Rednosed Reindeer"
at the children's theater while Papa was out hunting

The snow came early this year. Children make this a very welcome event.

Mama let us decorate for Christmas in NOVEMBER!!!

Our dear, faithful fish friends died, all 8 of them. We were trying to care for them by cleaning out their tank but there was a miscommunication about the soap that was still in the tank after it was cleaned. This is their burial. We had just read that the early settlers learned from the American Indians that they planted one small fish with each corn seed as fertilizer, so we put them to rest in our garden beds.
